Student Performance

A real voyage of discovery consists not of seeking new
landscapes but of seeing through new eyes.

Students in Henry County Schools participate in assessments at various points throughout the school year.  Henry County's testing program includes both norm-referenced tests as well as criterion referenced tests to provide a more accurate representation of the performance of our students.

Henry County Middle School students also participate in the MAP test (Measures of Academic Progress) three times a year.  This assessment is an adaptive, computer based, "interim" assessment.  By taking this test multiple times in a school year, teachers are better equiped to make instructional adjustments based on the students' progress (need, etc.)

We invite you to peruse the below links to further investigate the test scores earned by the students of Henry County Middle School.  And if you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Hoene @ 845-8660
