Message from Superintendent Terry Price, Dec. 30

If you have any concerns about your child’s placement – in-person or online – please contact your child’s teacher, counselor or principal to discuss your options. As always, we have provided our parents with choices about their student’s learning, whether it occur at home or at school. We will do everything we can to accommodate your individual situation. We have the utmost confidence in our teachers to provide quality instruction to all students regardless of the method by which it is delivered.

We will continue to monitor our incidence rate, both within the community and in our schools, to plan accordingly. If the need arises, we will consider closing a specific classroom, an individual school, or the entire district. Our decisions have always been and will continue to be in the best interests of our students and staff.

While 2020 has provided its fair share of challenges, the coming year is full of hope and potential, as are our students. Thank you for supporting our efforts to provide the youth of Henry County with the best and safest education possible. Wishing you and yours a very Happy New Year!
